“There is plenty of money. So come on with those creative ideas”
A Rinnooy Kan. Chairman board of directors, ING-bank.

Sponsoring has become an important communication tool to increase
brand awareness and strengthen positive corporate image.
Sponsoring the Arts, in addition to advertising and promotion,
has proved to be an excellent vehicule.
Experience has shown that consumer choice is not merely based on
rational decision making but emotional arguments play a big role
in choosing a corporation or brand name.

The Winston group was founded to generate funds for the development
of creative ideas and projects which serve to publicize the corporate
or brand image and to link it to its cultural environment.
In particular the Winston group specialises in developing activities
that involve the company with their target group

* By direct contact with visitors to an event or exhibition
* Through the media and publications around the sponsored event.
* Information: logos and links to the sponsor on the website of the Winston group.

The Winston group is associated with the creation of “the Winston Art rooms”
in the Winston Hotel. These “period rooms” are being designed and executed
by visual artists, with financial support from companies and/ or brands.
Due to the enormous success and interest from the media the Winston group
has started “the 6th floor academy”.
In association with the Dutch Art Academies, young talented artists
are being selected to do a permanent art-work (room) in the Winston Hotel.
Interest from business for these projects is very keen.
including: Stolichnaya, Timberland and Axxon.

Lately the Winston group organised the thematic exhibition on
well known Dutch criminal lawyers in the Peace Palace in The Hague.
To great satisfaction of United Communications who sponsored the project.
“The Truth and Nothing but the Truth” generated more then an hour of
broadcast time and unprecedented media attention.
